ESTATE SALE GUIDELINES
Please review the following terms and conditions that govern the Great Estate Cincy Sale 2025. This section outlines important details regarding the sale process, payment methods, and pickup arrangements. A liability waiver is also outlined in this section. We aim to provide clear and transparent terms to ensure a positive experience for all attendees.
Sale Process

Doors will open promptly at 9 am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

There will be a fifteen (15) person limit admitted to the property at one time.

On Friday & Saturday, items will be priced as marked. On Sunday (minus certain antiques and valuables), items will be marked at 50% off.

Please be respectful of the neighbors when parking. Street parking is available.
Pickup Arrangements

All purchased items must be removed from the property within 48 hours of sale.

No liability for damage to items during removal.

Pickup of heavy/bulky items that require assistance in removing may need to be scheduled through the estate for later pickup.
Liability Waiver

Great Estate Cincy (3344 Dolomar Drive) accepts no responsibility for injuries or damages that may occur during or after the sale. This includes personal injuries that may occur while on the property or while removing items from the property.

Items are being sold in their current condition with no guarantees regarding functionality or safety. No liability for defects or damage. The buyer is responsible for examining items thoroughly before purchase and is accepting any potential risks associated with them.

No warranties are provided on any items sold at the estate sale.

All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges allowed after purchase.
